Mogan Patchay, a French-Mauritian chef, was born in Aix-en-Provence and hails from the South Luberon region. From a very young age, he discovered cooking alongside his grandmother, a formative experience that profoundly influenced his career. He then trained in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels around the world.
Passionate about world cuisines, he draws his inspiration from his travels and the culinary cultures he encounters. Today, he works as a private chef, catering for prestigious establishments internationally.
